Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how you may and may not use Trade District. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

• share, resell or publicly post paid signals, course content or community material;
• share your login credentials or allow others to use your account;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute any membership or content;
• copy, scrape or systematically extract protected content;
• impersonate Trade District or falsely claim to represent us;
• use our content to operate a competing paid service without permission;
• attempt to bypass, probe or compromise our security or systems;
• upload malware or disrupt the service or other users;
• harass, abuse or threaten staff or community members;
• use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.

In Telegram and any other community spaces, be respectful. Spam, scams, solicitation, harassment and misleading financial claims are not permitted.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts where there is reasonable evidence of a breach. Serious cases (fraud, security threats, unauthorised redistribution) may result in immediate action.
