This policy explains how DOSCY AI LTD("Trade District", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data. For any privacy question, contact Info@tradedistrict.co.

• Account data: name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Membership & payment data: plan, status, and payment records. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, course progress, and basic technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser/user-agent).
• Communications: messages you send us and, where applicable, Telegram community membership.
• Consent records: your acceptance of the Terms, Refund Policy and Risk Disclosure at checkout, with version and timestamp.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate, including:

• Stripe — payment processing;
• Supabase — database hosting;
• Resend — transactional email;
• Telegram — where you choose to join our channels/community.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact Info@tradedistrict.co. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, payment details are handled by Stripe, and access to data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
