Trade District provides access to educational trading content, market commentary, trading-related communities, chart analysis and trading ideas.

Trade District is an educational and informational platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Trade District is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, dealer, portfolio manager, fund manager or fiduciary.

Nothing provided through the website, dashboard, Telegram channels, community groups, courses, videos, messages, emails, notifications or any other Trade District communication should be interpreted as personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

All content provided by Trade District is for general educational and informational purposes only.

Trade District does not:

• assess your personal financial circumstances;
• determine whether a trade or investment is suitable for you;
• provide personalised investment recommendations;
• manage customer funds;
• execute trades on behalf of customers;
• guarantee profits or investment returns;
• guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any signal, analysis or market opinion.

Any trading decision you make is made independently and entirely at your own risk.

You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, seek advice from an appropriately authorised independent professional.

Any trading signal, entry price, exit price, stop loss, take profit, market analysis or trade idea provided by Trade District is supplied for general informational and educational purposes only.

Signals:

• are not guaranteed to be accurate;
• may become outdated rapidly;
• may be affected by market volatility, liquidity, spreads, slippage and execution delays;
• may result in partial or total loss;
• may not be suitable for every person;
• should not be followed without your own independent judgment.

A customer remains solely responsible for deciding whether to enter, modify or exit any trade.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you trade or invest.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.

Any previous results, screenshots, testimonials, examples, case studies, profit figures or historical trades do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

You should never trade with money that you cannot afford to lose.

Trade District accepts no responsibility for trading losses resulting from a user's independent decision to act or not act on educational material, market commentary or ideas, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Trade District does not guarantee:

• profits;
• specific financial returns;
• a particular win rate;
• that every signal will be successful;
• uninterrupted access to ideas;
• that information will always be error-free;
• that a customer will become profitable;
• that the service will meet every customer's expectations.

Trading results vary significantly between individuals due to factors including timing, execution, broker conditions, spreads, leverage, position sizing, experience and personal decision-making.

Trade District currently offers products that may include:

• Monthly Membership;
• Lifetime Membership;
• Trading Course;
• additional products or services introduced in the future.

The exact features included in each purchase will be shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Lifetime access means access for the commercial lifetime of the relevant Trade District product or service. It does not guarantee that Trade District, any specific community, platform, feature or third-party service will operate indefinitely.

The Monthly Membership is a recurring subscription.

Where an introductory promotional price applies, the checkout must clearly state:

• First month: £15
• Thereafter: £25 per month until cancelled

The customer authorises recurring payments at the stated standard subscription price unless they cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms.

Customers must be able to see the recurring nature of the payment before checkout.

The Lifetime Membership is a one-time payment for access to the features expressly included in the Lifetime Membership.

Lifetime Membership:

• is for the purchasing customer's personal use;
• cannot be resold;
• cannot be transferred without written permission;
• does not guarantee the permanent availability of third-party services;
• does not give ownership of Trade District or its intellectual property.

The Trading Course is a digital educational product.

Course materials are for the purchaser's personal use only.

Customers must not:

• record and redistribute course content;
• share account access;
• resell videos or materials;
• upload content to piracy websites;
• reproduce Trade District materials commercially;
• distribute paid content to non-paying users.

Customers are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of their login details;
• ensuring information supplied during registration is accurate;
• preventing unauthorised use of their account.

One account is intended for one individual unless otherwise agreed.

Trade District may suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of:

• account sharing;
• unauthorised redistribution;
• fraud;
• payment abuse;
• chargeback abuse;
• attempts to compromise the platform;
• harassment or serious misconduct;
• violation of these Terms.

Some Trade District services may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Telegram or other external providers.

Trade District does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability.

Temporary downtime, account restrictions, API failures or outages caused by a third-party platform are outside Trade District's direct control.

Where reasonably possible, Trade District may use alternative delivery methods during significant disruptions.

Trade District may modify:

• signal frequency;
• educational content;
• course modules;
• community platforms;
• website functionality;
• delivery methods;
• features.

We do not guarantee a fixed number of profitable ideas or a fixed level of market activity.

Markets may be closed, unsuitable or unusually volatile.

All Trade District content, including:

• videos;
• courses;
• written materials;
• ideas;
• analysis;
• graphics;
• branding;
• logos;
• website content;
• private community content;

is owned by or licensed to Trade District and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchase of a membership or course gives the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the content.

It does not transfer ownership of the content.

Customers must not:

• share paid signals publicly;
• resell memberships;
• share login credentials;
• copy or redistribute course content;
• impersonate Trade District;
• falsely claim to represent Trade District;
• use Trade District content to operate a competing paid service without permission;
• scrape or systematically extract protected content;
• attempt to bypass security systems;
• use the service for unlawful activity.

Trade District may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Immediate suspension may occur in cases involving suspected fraud, security threats, unauthorised redistribution or other serious misconduct.

Termination under this section does not remove any statutory rights that a customer may have.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade District will not be responsible for:

• trading or investment losses;
• lost profits;
• missed trading opportunities;
• decisions made based on market information;
• broker execution issues;
• slippage;
• spreads;
• platform outages outside our reasonable control;
• third-party service failures;
• losses caused by a customer's own trading decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Trade District may update or improve its services and features.

Material changes affecting paid customer rights will be communicated where required by applicable law.
